The machine uses high quality SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel plunger type metering pump to perform filling, combine automatic filling, automatic cover, mechanical and electrical together. Economical and applicable, with small footprint. Widely used in the liquid packaging of pharmaceutical, food, pesticide, chemical, cosmetics and other industries.The machine are composed of turn table feeding and collection, filling and capping , hoist . The machine is controlled by PLC control system. the machine have variable frequency speed regulation, high degree of automation. The filling cylinder body adopts the rotary valve type piston pump, effectively prevents the drawing and the drip.The star wheel mold should be also changed according to different jar / bottles size.

Introduction

This is 3 in 1 one machine by using round turn plate. After filling, the machine will heat and cut the film. Then the mechanical hand put the cap and tighten it by cylinder. According to different jar size, the star wheel, should be also changed. The machine is with no jar no filling function. The machine is controlled by PLC This machine is suitable for filling medium viscosity cream
