During the production of Lubricant Oil /liquid wash products ,the self-suction type AES dissolver can alleviate worker's labor intensity of feeding and shorten dissolving time.
HIgh speed mixing is often required when incorporating solids into liquid especially when the powders are difficult to wet out,or when large maount of solids are involved .Mixing under high shear and turbulent flow conditions is also ideal for particals size reduction,emulsificationg and homogenization.
Top mixing frame with Teflon scraper contains a stable oar ,the stable oar can Prevent whirlpool formation.
The speed of Bottom homogenizer can be 0-3300rpm/min.high speed makes the products cut in small pieces and the raw material can be emulsifing totally

Product Features
1. The mixing tank is made of all stainless steel materials. Its inner wall is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel (The part in contact with the material). The tank and pipe are mirror polished. Complying with GMP requirements and specifications.
2. The equipment consists of a stainless steel electric control cabinet and a main pot. The whole machine has a compact structure and it is easy to operate.
3. You can configure heating pot and cooling pot separately according to actual requirements. The materials can be heated or cooled according to process requirements. The heating method can be steam heating or electric heating.
4. There are various types of durable agitator blade, with strong mixing strength. It is suitable for the production of different products.
5. The motor is equipped with an advanced frequency converter, which can adjust the stirring speed according to production requirements.
6. You can choose to configure a AES dissolver to accelerate material dissolution and emulsification. It can save time and labor for you.
7. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can comprehensively monitor its operation, and it can display data, such as temperature and stirring speed, etc.

At the industrial level the term "blending" refers to the process of combining a set of ingredients in the correct proportion to obtain a desired final product. In 99% of cases mixing the right quantities in the right proportion is crucial to obtaining a product with desired characteristics.

What is a mixing tank?
A mixing tank is used to blend various components or ingredients together. Industrial mixing tanks are usually designed for mixing liquids. They use to have different plumbing lines that are channeled from and to the unit. While the liquids are being mixed in the tank, they also get transferred to the pipelines under the tank.
This kind of tank could be made of different materials: plastic, strong rubber, glass… However, the most common type of mixing tank is made of stainless steel. Different models of industrial mixing tanks fit every possible need for mixing.
What are load cells used for
An efficient load cell must be able to detect weight changes quickly and effectively. In addition, the margin of error must be low enough for mixtures to be made with the exact proportions needed by the customer and the industry. The advantage of precise load cells, together with a fast and convenient reading system (if desired also wireless), is that the dosing of the products that make up the mixture can be done inside the same mixing tank without having to do it for each ingredient separately.

How does open mixing tank work?
During the mixing operation, the anchor agitator rotates clockwise slowly driving the materials move along the wall. When the liquid meets the baffles, some change the moving direction and some pass the baffles from around.
The left part of the anchor mixer moves the liquid upwards and the right part moves it downwards. Because of the two opposite forces by the agitator, the liquid rolls over the vessel from top to bottom and back to top repeatedly. When the liquid is completely mixed and blended, the heat from the jacket is quickly transferred to every part through the inside wall.

The production process:
The treatment equipment for softening water is connected with water faucet to make treated water flow into mixing tank. At same time, the raw materials are gradually put into mixing tank to begin production. When the production is finished, the liquid soap will be transported to storage tank. The filling machine is connected with storage tank. Meanwhile, an air pump is connected with filling machine. The worker set the outlet volume for filling machine in advance, a certain volume of liquid soap can flow into the bottle. The detail formula and production process will be supplied when buyer buy this liquid soap production line.
