Equipment Introduction:
     It is an automatic intelligent servo piston filling machine, which is comprehensively applied in the quantitative filling of high viscosity liquids and materials including edible oil, lubricating oil, sesame paste, peanut butter, ketchup, chili sauce, jam, and paste, etc. It uses automatic control including computer programmable logic controller (PLC), servo motor, servo driver, and sensor, which makes operation convenient, fast, and precise. By full-color touch screen human-machine interface, you can use the touch screen on the equipment to control the whole filling process, to finish the setting of filling amount and filling number to realize automatic filling, which means the one touch operation is basically realized.

(1) The combination machine adopts single chamber(isobaric) filling valve filling, bubble phenomenon can not occur during the filling process
(2)The seal is formed by double roll edge spinning, frequency control, suitable for filling and sealing of all kinds of gas contained beverage. There are bottle caps, no bottles without caps: Both sides are equipped with timing belts with adjustable speed to clamp the bottle body to ensure that it is transported to a fixed position. It is equipped with cap-drop photoelectric sensor inspection to ensure that each cap falls accurately to the bottle mouth.
 

Control system: Adopting a cylindrical vacuum hood structure, through PLC (programmable controller) programming to realize automatic in and out of the tank, automatic cap matching, vacuuming, bottle clamping, cap screwing and other actions without manual intervention. Advantages

4.During the filling process, it depends on photoelectric sensor to count the containers by cooperating with fore and after bottle retaining device to finish its positioning work. Without counting all the containers, the lift of filling machine and filling head will never work.
5.The control circuit of PLC system and human-machine interface has the merits including: strong anti-interference ability and high stability. The circuit adopts DC24V safe working voltage to assure the personal safety of operators.
6.It uses a special high-precision piston cylinder equipped with PLC system with high stability and strong reliability to assure the filling precision to meet the standards.
7.Lubricating oil manufacturers and other manufacturers adopting aluminum film to seal are equipped with our company's electromagnetic induction equipment for special module, so they can finish this work in the same production line simultaneously.
