The round bottle high-speed labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper, and the labeling adopts the bottle clamping method, automatic conveying, automatic labeling, and a color matching belt coding machine is also available to complete the label production date printing simultaneously. This machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC control, synchronous tracking, label output is controlled by a servo motor, an automatic packaging machine that ensures that the label output speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed. This labeling machine is equipped with HMI touch panel which layout very large scale integrated circuit .it is controlled by

micro-computer with multi-language character touch screen, realized the man-machine communication. Micro-computer configuration is helpful for all data input by touch screen and also for all-round control the running condition once machine started.It can make labeling on left and right side, also can make on top side at the same time efficiently. Client can choose to make one side or double sides labeling, and can choose to add date coding machine. It can work separately or work connecting with conveyor also.
